When we started this site we were looking for just about any Democrat to participate in a primary challenge to Joe Lieberman.
We didn't anticipate that we would end up with someone as excellent to vote for as we ended up getting.
We have never met Ned Lamont. We have never spoken to Ned Lamont. We don't know anything about Ned Lamont other than what we have been able to get from the Internet and CT news reports.
Based on what we have been able to see, we have been very impressed by what Ned Lamont offers Democrats. He has shown to be a true progressive voice in the Democratic wilderness. He has articulated stands that shows he has studdied the issues, and he listens to people that know more than he does before jumping into the debates of the day. This is all unusual, and also very refreshing.
